14 Years, One Focus

In 2008, a German client opened a container in Hamburg. 300 CNC machine covers — zippers sewn on backwards. The product cost wasn't the problem. The broken trust was.

After that shipment, we didn't just switch factories. We built a system — putting our own QC on the production floor for every order: incoming fabric, in-process stitching, final inspection before the container seal.

Today, Heinz Industrial is a factory-based protective cover business. 14 years in, we manage four things so you only deal with one person:

Fabric Sourcing — 14-year direct relationships with certified textile mills. Every fabric lot tested for GSM weight, tear strength, color fastness, and waterproof rating before production. You see the reports.

Production Management — Our QC team works on the line, not from an office. First-article confirmation, in-process inspection, AQL 2.5 final sampling. We count stitches while you sleep.

Export Logistics — FOB Shanghai, CIF to your port, DDP to your door. Certificate of origin, fumigation certs, bill of lading — one point of contact, complete documentation.

Accountability — If a cover fails, you deal with us. We deal with the factory. In 14 years of operation, not one unresolved claim.
